Citizens Community Federal is excited to announce the introduction of our new and improved Bill Pay. To better serve you, this upgrade features an easy-to-use product with more time saving details and services, plus all the features you’ve come to expect.

The new Bill Pay includes these convenient standard features and services:
- $5 per month – Monthly fee waived to all Online Banking Users with a Citizens Community Federal Freedom, Traditional, or Senior (55+) Checking Account.
- Easy—No need to enroll or have a separate sign in. Bill Pay will be available in all Online Banking Accounts. Simply click on the Bill Pay link in your Online Banking menu bar.
- Convenient—Pay bills on your time not someone else’s with 24/7 access to pay bills nationwide.
- Safe—More secure than mailing paper checks, reducing your risk of fraud and identity theft.
- Green—Environmentally friendly by eliminating checks, stamps, paper bills, and trips to the mailbox.
- Mobile Banking Access—Pay bills anywhere, anytime from your mobile phone.*
- Quick Add Feature—Quickly add common payees for your area.
- Payment Center—Make multiple payments quickly and easily from one screen.
- Recurring Payments—Schedule automatic payments based on your time frame: weekly, monthly, annually, and more.
- Payment Reminders—Protect your credit with payment reminders and never forget a due date again.
- CheckFree Guarantee—Every scheduled payment you make will be paid on time or CheckFree will pay your late fees.**
- E-Bills—Receive eligible bills online within your Bill Pay Account.

Additional Information for Converted Bill Pay Users:
- Payees will carry over to the new system as well as any scheduled payments.
- To access the new Bill Pay, simply click on the Bill Pay link in your Online Banking menu bar.
- When you sign in the first time, you will be directed to the updated Bill Pay disclosure. Please read and acknowledge this disclosure.
- In your new product, you will schedule payments based on the date that you want them to be paid. The funds will not be deducted from your account until that date or, in some instances, until the payee cashes the check.
- Your payment history from the previous Bill Pay product will not be available within the new product. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured that your payment history will be available going forward in the new product.
