• In your new product, you will schedule payments based on the date that you want them to be paid. The funds will not be deducted from your account until that date or, in some instances, until the payee cashes the check.
• Your payment history from the previous Bill Pay product will not be available within the new product. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured that your payment history will be available going forward in the new product.
